About Panama City Beach, FL - Happy to be your hometown Heating & Air Conditioning Contractor!

Panama City Beach is a resort city on the coast of the Gulf of Mexico coast. Panama City Beach's slogan is "The World's Most Beautiful Beaches." They live up to their tagline with their white sandy beaches and stunning blue-green waters.   Legendary worldwide for those breathtaking white sand beaches and striking emerald waves, it is important to mention the Southern hospitality in Panama City Beach.  It is a friendly place which makes tourists and visitors feel happy to be there and welcomed by locals.  This has made it one of the most beloved beach towns in all of the country.

The legendary clean colorless sand of Panama City Beach is credited to quartz crystals washing down from the Appalachians hundreds of years ago.  Along their long and arduous journey, the crystals were blanched, ground, smoothed, polished and refined until they were tiny sparkling grains of snow white sand. There may be snow white sand, but there will be no real snow… no matter when you go.  Panama City Beach weather conditions are absolutely extraordinary temperatures averaging 74 degrees throughout the year.

For this reason, the town has also become a center for sports and athletics.  The town hosts the Florida Iron Man Triathlon each year and is the home to the only deepwater diving museum in the U.S. This is at least partially due to the fact that the city is recognized as the Wreck Capital of the South.  There are a large number of historic wrecks that attract scuba divers from all over the world. There are also natural reefs, as well as artificial reefs, just a few miles off of the shore.  Sporty and outdoorsy types will definitely want to check out St. Andrews State Park, a 1,260 acre park with forests, sand dunes, fresh and saltwater marshes, and a lagoon area for swimming. It also has facilities and amenities for fishing and hiking as well as a mile and a half of those stunning white beaches.  There are 2 campgrounds for year-round family-friendly fun. The region has one of the highest concentrations of bottlenose dolphins worldwide, which is another huge family attraction.   The best part, of course, is that any and all of this can be done and seen at any time of year because of the sub-tropical (i.e. warm and beautiful) climate.
